Right at Home In Home Care and Assistance- serving the Marblehead, Andover and the Newburyport areas - is the professional's choice for home health on the North Shore and in the Merrimack Valley. We are celebrating our eighth year anniversary of being of service to our community. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve.

We have been helping seniors on the North Shore and in the Merrimack Valley for 8 years.  We serve home care clients in all Essex County towns and have the finest caregivers to help with homemaking, home health aide, and nursing needs.

Jay Kenney and Rosaleen Doherty are longtime residents of Marblehead, MA After years in the corporate world, they pursued their dream to build a family business that encompassed their desire to serve their local community. The opportunity to empower seniors to live in their own homes gave their family life and their work life purpose.

Since their opening in 2002, Right at Home has gained a reputation as one of the most responsive and caring agencies in the area. We serve private family clients and work with clients through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts home care programs. Right at Home partners with Hospice of the North Shore, Home Health VNA, Beacon Hospice, VNACare Networks, as well as many other excellent health organizations throughout Essex County.

Jay and Rosaleen are active in the local arms of the Alzheimer's Association, the North Shore Alzheimer's Partnership and the Merrimack Valley Alzheimer's Partnership. Rosaleen is a Board Member of North Shore Women in Business, the Board of the Rotary Club of Marblehead Harbor and is on the Board of Trustees of The Phoenix School in Salem, MA. Jay is a member of the Haverhill Business Breakfast Exchange.

Rosaleen joined the Society of Certified Senior Advisors in May of 2006 and is now a Certified Senior Advisor. The Society educates and certifies professionals internationally in the ethics and standards of doing business with the senior population. The Society keeps Certified Senior Advisors current with new information through continuing education. Rosaleen also gives back to the local community by visiting elders in local assisted living facilities and nursing homes with her Therapy Dog, Lola.

Jay and Rosaleen have two children, Noah and Gabrielle.
